If placing them indoors be sure to give them special attention, as mentioned above they are primarily an outdoor plant but these have been selected to give you optimum indoor performance. When keeping your Mini Rose indoor be sure to keep it in the sunniest position like a windowsill, it is a good idea to place the pot on and in a container with some pebbles and fill the container with water just past the bottom of the pot.

This will allow the rose to be able to self water and give much needed humidity during the day. It is also a good idea to give them over head water once a week as pest such as spider mite and aphids dislike this. To keep them looking good a spell outside in indirect sunlight for a day once a week would be beneficial. Fertilize with ¼ strength high potassium nutrient once a week. When the flowers are spent remove flowers by pruning and it is now best to place your mini rose outside in the garden.

It is best to acclimatize the product after being in the home and slowly get it used to outdoor conditions using slow steps like placing them under the Patio for a week or so before placing into the garden. In the garden they perform best in a well drained soil, watered regularly and can be placed in full sun, however after moving them from an indoor situation it is recommended to harden the rose first by giving them indirect light for the first week and protecting them from extreme conditions in the first two weeks of moving them out. It is Ok to see a little burning of the leaves in this phase. Once out in the garden you can enjoy many blooms for many years to come.
