Hoya cilliata is a unique and somewhat rare species of Hoya, recognized for its fuzzy leaves and distinct growth habit. The leaves are typically small, thick, and covered with fine hairs, giving them a soft, velvety texture. It produces small, star-shaped flowers that are often cream-colored or pale pink, with a sweet fragrance.

Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some direct sunlight, particularly in the morning. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Hoya cilliata is somewhat drought-tolerant, so it's better to underwater than overwater. Ensure the potting mix drains well to prevent root rot.
